Janae is a self-starter motivated by a strong sense of personal development and growth mindset that is inclusive of multiple perspectives and encourages collaboration.
Janae graduated in 2015 from the University of California, Berkeley with two simultaneous degrees: Bachelor of Arts, Media Studies, and Bachelor of Science, Society & Environment. From 2016 to 2020, she worked as Marketing Director at Lounge Group LLC in Newport Beach, California. What began as a two-member dynamic duo, grew to become a 5-member team. Janae led the team to success by overseeing complete digital, social, and content creation for 11 individually branded accounts.

Janae followed her dreams in 2019 to start her own digital marketing consulting business, Creativision Marketing LLC. She started working with various industries as a full-service consulting agency to help medium and large businesses succeed with expert marketing strategies, implementation, and optimization. Marketing can be overwhelming, Janae works hard to understand her client's needs and simplify the process to give comprehensive performance reports of success and growth. Whether you need to revamp, rebrand, or start new, her proven data-driven marketing strategies for cross-channel attribution, help her clients achieve the best results.

In 2020 Janae joined Creative Solutions, as results-oriented digital advertising paid media manager, overseeing paid social and paid search engine marketing (SEM) and SEO. Her clients include Teradek, SmallHD, Wooden Camera, and Lightstream. In 2021, Janae planned, executed, and optimized paid social and google ads strategy to gross over $2 million with an emphasis on maintaining high ROAS. She manages a million dollar budget over $150k monthly spend. She enjoys showcasing success and trends in comprehensive reports measuring KPIs. She thrives on being a data nerd and learning new ways to optimize growth and performance.

At Realtime Agency in 2022, Janae worked as an Associate Director, managing the onboarding and media planning for enterprise client Sonos across North America, Canada, and Mexico. She executed full-funnel media plans across Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat with a $1.7M quarterly budget, delivering measurable results through strategic optimization and team collaboration.
